Senior Community Nurse

We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated nurse to join our friendly, forward thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, dynamic environment alongside experienced autonomous practitioners who deliver high quality care to patients in their own homes.
In this role, you'll bring strong clinical skills and a passion for excellent patient care. You'll provide day today leadership support to the team and work closely with the Integrated Community Lead, helping to shape and strengthen the service.
Totton ICT is part of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. We work as a truly integrated team -- Community Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy working side by side -- all focused on delivering safe, high quality care that supports people to stay well, independent and empowered in their own homes.
Our service operates between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year, giving you the opportunity to work flexibly and be part of a team that is always there for our community when they need us most.
