What You Will Be Doing
As the ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting test systems, providing technical expertise, and driving improvements to test equipment and software. You will work with technologies such as TestStand®, LabVIEW®, and CVI® to control signal generation and measurement tools, conduct Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and perform functional testing.
Upgrading, integrating, and supporting test equipment hardware and software as needed
Analyzing failures associated with test equipment and providing recommended solutions
Troubleshooting and problem‑solving test equipment issues
Collaborating with production teams to maintain test equipment uptime and support troubleshooting

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM degree and 12+ years of professional experience, or equivalent professional experience
Test engineering experience
Experience working with Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Desired Skills
Proficient with National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand
Experience with verification and validation of test equipment for DoD products
Security Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance. The role is available only to U.S. citizens who can obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Employment Type
Full‑time, onsite. Work schedule: 4×10‑hour day, three days off per week.
