System Integration & Test Engineer

The Panther Group is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support a high-impact defense program in Orlando, FL. This role focuses on software integration, system testing, and validation within a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with experience in C++, integration labs (SIL), and automated testing to contribute to advanced system development.
What You’ll Do

Plan, develop, and execute system and software integration testing
Support integration of in-house and COTS/GOTS components and subsystems
Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and schedules
Execute manual and automated testing in a System Integration Lab (SIL)
Analyze test results and generate evaluation and validation reports
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software integration issues
Write and track discrepancy reports and support regression testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and requirements alignment
What You Bring

Active Secret Clearance (required to start)
3–5+ years of relevant experience in systems/software integration and testing
At least 2+ years of experience with C++
Experience working in a System/Software Integration Lab (SIL)
Strong background in:

Test planning and execution (manual & automated)
Integration of hardware and software systems
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Experience scripting for automation and data analysis (Python, MATLAB, or similar)
Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, sprints, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have

Experience with missile systems or defense/aerospace programs
Familiarity with COTS tools and custom test environments
Experience supporting full system lifecycle testing and validation
Pay up to $58.80 per hour DOE #ZRCS
