Overnight Hospice RN – Remote/on-Call Clinical Support

Horizon Hospice of Colorado is seeking an After-Hours Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight triage and in-person care to hospice patients. This part-time to full-time role involves managing urgent needs and offering support to patients during critical times. Ideal candidates will have an active RN license in Colorado and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Flexible scheduling allows for 2-4 overnight shifts per week, ensuring meaningful support for patients and families. Competitive hourly compensation plus additional visit-based pay offered.
