Assistant Superintendent

Miami Beach Golf Course is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role, with experience in paspalum turf preferred but not required. A Florida pesticide license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days is necessary. Spanish speaking ability is advantageous. Strong leadership skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment are required. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the course’s maintenance meets high standards. A degree or certificate in turf management is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and their own transportation. Willingness to work holidays and weekends is a requirement for this role.
