Who are we?
XNRGY Climate Systems is a leading North American innovator in sustainable thermal management and liquid/air cooling solutions. We design and manufacture high-performance, energy‑efficient systems—including custom AHUs, chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, fan arrays, and integrated controls—for mission‑critical environments such as hyperscale data centers, healthcare, clean rooms, life sciences, and industrial facilities. Our solutions drive significant reductions in energy use, water consumption, and carbon footprints, supporting Net Zero, LEED, and climate‑resilient objectives with advanced AI‑enabled technologies.

Our state‑of‑the‑art U.S. headquarters and manufacturing operations in Mesa, Arizona (Mesa 1 fully operational since 2025, with Mesa 2 expansions underway for next‑generation air‑cooled chillers and more) feature Industry 4.0 capabilities, vertical integration, and rapid scaling to meet booming demand in data center and sustainable infrastructure markets.

Lead Program Manager – Manufacturing Engineering Group
As part of our accelerated U.S. growth, XNRGY is seeking an experienced lead program manager to join our team on‑site in Mesa, Arizona. Reporting to the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager (or senior leadership), you will lead and oversee a portfolio of manufacturing engineering projects—from NPI and process/equipment implementations to facility optimizations and continuous improvement initiatives—ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery, high quality, and alignment with our sustainability and innovation goals.

An overview of your responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of manufacturing engineering projects, including new product introductions (NPI), process development, equipment procurement/installation, tooling/fixture projects, layout optimizations, and technology integrations (e.g., automation, robotics, AI controls, Industry 4.0 systems).

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies; track progress, mitigate issues, and deliver projects that enhance efficiency, scalability, quality, and cost‑effectiveness in custom, high‑mix production of thermal management systems.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams (manufacturing engineering, design/R&D, production, quality, supply chain, field services, and external vendors/partners) to align on objectives, resolve conflicts, and drive successful execution in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Facilitate project governance, including kick‑offs, design reviews, milestone gates, status reporting, and executive updates; ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, scope, and regulatory/safety standards.

Champion continuous improvement and lean initiatives across projects (e.g., Kaizen, value stream mapping, waste reduction) to support operational excellence and sustainability targets.

Oversee project launches, validations (e.g., FAT, process capability studies), training, and smooth handovers to production/operations teams.

Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, safety, and sustainability within the manufacturing engineering group and broader organization.

What you’ll need, among other things

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification, Master’s, or advanced PM credentials preferred).

Experience : 10+ years in project management within manufacturing engineering or related technical environments, with proven success leading complex projects in custom equipment, HVAC/thermal systems, industrial machinery, or high‑tech manufacturing (experience in data center cooling, mission‑critical systems, or rapid facility expansions a strong plus).

Demonstrated expertise in managing NPI, capital equipment projects, process implementations, and cross‑functional teams in dynamic, growth‑oriented settings.

Strong project management skills, including proficiency with tools like MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or similar; expertise in budgeting, scheduling, risk analysis, and earned value management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence without authority, resolve conflicts, and drive results across departments and levels.

Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making; ability to handle multiple high‑priority projects and adapt to shifting priorities in an entrepreneurial, fast‑growing company.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0 technologies, and sustainable practices; familiarity with CAD/simulation tools and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
