We’re looking for a hands‑on, forward‑thinking Director of Engineering to help drive our software engineering strategy, lead technical execution, and leverage AI and automation to deliver scalable, secure, next‑generation solutions. This role is deeply focused on engineering leadership and technical impact.
What You’ll Do
Execute and evolve a forward‑thinking engineering strategy aligned with company goals
Drive adoption of modern technologies: AI‑driven DevOps, Generative AI/LLMs, DevSecOps, cloud‑native/serverless architectures, microservices, CI/CD, and low‑code
o‑code platforms
Architect and guide the development of scalable, secure, and sustainable systems
Implement frameworks and best practices that accelerate delivery and improve quality
Manage and reduce technical debt while maintaining long‑term system health
Establish and monitor key metrics for velocity, reliability, and quality
Lead secure, compliant, and innovative engineering practices
Lead and develop engineering teams, fostering accountability, growth, and high performance
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in software engineering
7+ years of people leadership experience, including leading multiple teams or managing managers
Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, CI/CD, and containerization tools
Proven success driving Agile and DevOps transformations
Experience implementing AI/ML and automation initiatives
Ability to translate technical strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
