Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a
Business Analyst with deep experience in IAM remediation and audit-driven environments
to support critical compliance initiatives within a large-scale gaming and technology organization.
This role goes beyond traditional business analysis – the ideal candidate will play a key role in
identifying control gaps, supporting remediation efforts, and producing audit-ready documentation
across Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes.
You will partner closely with IT Operations and Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) teams to
analyze current state processes, define improved future state workflows, and ensure documentation meets audit and regulatory standards .
Key Responsibilities
IAM Remediation & Audit Support
Support
IAM remediation efforts
by identifying and documenting control gaps and process deficiencies.
Partner with technical teams to define and document
corrected processes and controls .
Develop
audit-ready artifacts
to support ISO and gaming compliance requirements.
Assist in addressing
audit findings
and ensuring proper documentation for closure.
Process Documentation & Analysis
Create detailed
current state and future state documentation
across IAM and IT operations workflows.
Develop
process flows, SOPs, and workflow diagrams
aligned to best practices.
Ensure all documentation is
clear, structured, and suitable for audit review .
Drive
process standardization and consistency
across teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with
IT Operations and GIS teams
to gather requirements and validate processes.
Translate complex technical workflows into
clear, business-friendly documentation .
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on
remediation efforts and process improvements .
Required Qualifications
Strong experience as a
Business Analyst in IT or infrastructure environments .
Proven experience supporting
IAM initiatives , including remediation or access control processes.
Exceptional documentation skills
with experience producing:
Current and future state workflows
Process maps, SOPs, and audit artifacts
Experience supporting
audit, compliance, or regulated environments
(ISO, SOX, etc.).
Ability to create
audit-ready documentation tied to remediation efforts .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
gaming, hospitality, or other highly regulated industries .
Background supporting
IT Operations, Infrastructure, or GIS teams .
Experience working directly with
audit findings and remediation tracking .
What Success Looks Like
Successfully supports
closure of IAM audit findings through strong documentation and process definition .
Produces
clear, structured, and audit-ready deliverables .
Helps establish
