What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on nursing care aligned with each patient’s personalized plan of care.
Partner closely with RNs for effective pain and symptom management.
Educate, support, and comfort patients and their families during end-of-life care.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary hospice team—including RNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more—to ensure holistic support.
What You’ll Need
Active
LPN license in the state of Missouri, OR and active Nursing License in state of MO.
3+ years of nursing experience
(hospice or home health preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Most importantly—a
heart for hospice
and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
