What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the Sales Team:
Manage and inspire the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Inventory Management:
Oversee and optimize new car inventory, ensuring an excellent selection for customers.
Customer Experience:
Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations, fostering relationships and long‑term loyalty.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
Training & Development:
Mentor, coach, and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry, luxury automotive experience strongly preferred.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to achieve goals.
Customer Focus:
Strong understanding of luxury automotive customers and their expectations.
Sales Expertise:
Exceptional sales skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Organizational Skills:
