As an IT Business Analyst, you'll work to develop leading‑edge applications. Working with your team of AI solution architects, developers, data engineers, data scientists, and alongside subject matter experts, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and help develop user experience and user interface designs. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll help deliver high business value products to the client and end‑users.

You Have
Experience in developing software requirements, and supporting documentation
Experience working in cross‑functional, Agile teams to design large‑scale digital experiences that meet business objectives
Experience working in a highly dynamic, fast‑paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client's needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have
Experience with wireframing, and prototyping tools, such as Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch
Experience with facilitating stakeholder interviews, creating personas, user journeys, and user observations
Experience working with the Military
Possession of excellent client‑facing or consulting skills
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
