Description
Leidos is seeking a Lead Systems Integration and Test Engineer who will be a member of a dynamic team working on
En-Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) , the heart of the Next Generation Air Transportation System and the pulse of the National Airspace System, providing the foundation for NexGen functions
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to verify software functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements.
Design and develop scenarios for use in PR/CR Verification and Regression Tests.
Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and schedulers to ensure testability of requirements and alignment with project timelines.
Track and report test execution status, generating detailed test reports and artifact packages for stakeholders and clients.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as HP ALM, Selenium, or equivalent.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience; or a master’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline; for example, engineering, computer science.
Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer.
Candidates must be US Citizens.
Experience leading and directing activities of a team.
Experience in following a documented Integration and Test Development Process.
Experience in systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Experience in the use of UNIX and Linux operating systems.
Strong integration skills with hands‑on experience integrating large software complex systems.
Strong communication skills to interface with internal and external customers.

A good academic understanding and/or exposure to system engineering practices to contribute to and/or assist with system integration, requirements engineering, operational and decision analysis, systems definition, requirements baseline control and management.
Highly organized, demonstrating the ability to work independently at times due to fast-paced and highly productive work environment.
Air Traffic Knowledge and experience working on Air Traffic programs.
Experience with conducting formal tests with a government agency / customer.
Pay Range
Pay Range: $69,550.00 - $125,725.00
