We are seeking a detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support leadership and daily operations within a fast-paced healthcare clinic. This role is essential to ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination while supporting patient-centered services in an integrated care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to executive leadership (CEO, CMO, COO, CFO) and clinic staff
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and produce internal and external documents
Record and transcribe meeting minutes, including board and committee meetings
Communicate with external vendors and coordinate supply orders
Greet visitors, patients, and callers while delivering professional customer service
Direct inquiries and provide accurate information about services and clinic operations
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Office tools
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and data entry
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives in a healthcare or clinic setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with underserved or diverse populations
Knowledge of community resources
Experience coordinating with vendors and managing supply orders
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Location : On-Site
