Arise CareStaff is looking to hire an experienced Case Manager Registered Nurses (RN) to work for our client healthcare facility in Houston, TX.

Position Details

Start Date: 05/25/2026

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08-00 - 16:30)

Type of Assignment: Per Diem

Computer Charting: Protouch

Pay Range: $400.00 - $432.00 per shift

Requirements

Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License

Current BLS certification by American Heart Association

Must have minimum 5 years recent RN Case Management experience, with experience in a LTAC or STACH setting, MCG, discharge planning across acute care settings, strong IDT collaboration
