Position Description
deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a a Senior Program Integration Analyst to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to a U.S. Army radar system program office, with a primary focus on supporting Assistant Program Managers (APMs).
This role serves as a key integrator across cost, schedule, and performance, enabling APMs to effectively manage their portfolios and make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate brings extensive DoD acquisition experience and excels at translating complex program data into clear, actionable insights.
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree and eight years' experience.
Experience Requirements
Translating program-level guidance into actionable plans and tracking mechanisms for program portfolios
Monitoring execution and addressing emerging issues
Coordinating cross-functional inputs to ensure alignment with overall program objectives
Integrating cost, schedule, and performance data across portfolios to provide a coherent view of program status
Identifying disconnects between functional areas
Elevating risks/issues and recommending mitigation strategies
Tracking budgets, obligations, and expenditures against plans
Developing spend plans, phasing, and affordability assessments
Identifying cost variances and recommend corrective actions
Evaluating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Conducting schedule health checks, critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessments
Tracking milestone execution and ensure alignment with acquisition timelines and decision events
Assisting in assessment of system and subsystem performance against requirements and test outcomes
Tracking and managing risks, issues, and action items
Preparing decision support materials for milestone reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), and leadership engagements
Providing clear, concise recommendations to enable program decision-making
Special Skills Desired
Synchronizing technical, financial, and acquisition activities across the program
CAM or experience conducting Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis (CPI, SPI, EAC)
Supporting, planning and executing technical milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRRs)
Developing tailored dashboards, metrics, for briefing senior leadership
Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
