Purpose of the job
We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor. The focus of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.
Key job responsibilities
Promote safe working practices in all work carried out, ensuring compliance with Amazon safety standards and regulations.
Conduct daily shift report analysis.
Perform weekly cycle count (physical inventory).
Review stock health.
Ensure high levels of equipment availability/reliability to operations team.
Manage spare parts orders.
Track stockouts and dive deep into root cause analysis.
Perform data analysis from reports and dashboards.
Conduct spare parts regular survey to detect gaps and inform line manager with needed spares.
Assign work orders to shifts.
Analyze physical inventory discrepancies and recurrences.
A day in the life
Daily monitor and respond to RME customers requests through trouble ticketing system while showing customer obsession behavior.
Plan and observe the annual maintenance contracts vendor activities within the shift and prepare for upcoming shifts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 1+ years of electrical or mechanical engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in facilities management.
