Production Specialist
We’re growing and looking to add a Production Specialist to our team! This position is perfect for someone who’s dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Print Bindery/Finishing
Screen Printing
Sign Making
Experience is a plus but not required. If you’re hardworking, trainable, and take pride in doing things right, we’ll teach you the rest.
Ideal candidates will:
Be comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Be able to take direction and work independently or as part of a team
Have a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Be open to learning new equipment and processes
Show up consistently and on time
This is a hands‑on role in a busy production setting with plenty of variety and opportunity for growth.
