Pay & Compensation
* $85,000 - $150,000+ per year (top performers exceed this)
* $20/hour OR 15% commission (whichever is greater)
* Performance-based bonuses
* Weekly earning potential based on production
Responsibilities
* Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
* Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions to customers
* Present and sell service options based on customer needs
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
* Complete jobs efficiently and to company standards
* Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices
* Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Requirements
* 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (REQUIRED)
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Experience in customer-facing service roles
* Ability to present options and close sales
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
* Experience with ServiceTitan
* Strong sales performance history
