Territory Manager

The Territory Manager is responsible for sales strategy and execution of Route 92 products. The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, building customer support and managing sales operations within the designated territory. This role will support the Los Angeles, CA territory. We are looking for people passionate about innovative, disruptive technology to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Plans, directs and coordinates activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accounts
Coordinates training activities for all accounts within the designated geography
Collaborates effectively with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each region
Provides onsite technical support during procedures to ensure accurate product usage
Participates in negotiations with key accounts
Forecasts sales, monitors the economic and legislative environment for changes that may impact growth
Has responsibility for some service activities
Collaborates cross functionally with all team members to strengthen the culture and enhance customer relationships
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products & sales strategies
Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Travel > 60%
Ability to take hospital call, as needed, for new account launches and emergent case support
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by engaging in on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, tradeshows, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks and by participating in professional societies

Must be located in or near the geographical area listed above or relocating prior to hire
Resourceful, solution-oriented, critical thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Knowledge of Medical Device products, services, industry, customers, and competition
Demonstrated ability to execute the sales process
Proven success in building strong and trusting relationships with customers
Interpersonal skills reflecting a collaborative, resilient, and strong work ethic
Self-starter with a competitive drive and passion for high performance
Required education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Required experience:
3+ years of medical device sales experience working in a hospital surgical setting (Neurovascular, OR, Cathlab, etc.)

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligibility for equity.
