The LCL Pricing Manager is a high-impact, hands-on technical leader responsible for the rate architecture and pricing integrity of the CEVA LCL product. This role owns the full lifecycle of the bid process, serving as the primary producer of responses for tenders and strategic pricing needs. You are the subject matter expert for pricing, responsible for transforming complex information into competitive, profit-protected solutions with 100% accuracy while aligning with CEVA’s regional and cluster leadership on financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Execution & RFQ Ownership: Directly author and execute the full lifecycle of LCL bid responses, ensuring all regional and global RFQs are submitted with technical precision and meet CEVA standards.
Margin Strategy Collaboration: Partner closely with CEVA country and district stakeholders to define and implement margin strategies that balance market competitiveness with regional profitability goals.
Technical Mastery: Serve as the primary regional authority on pricing, performing the heavy analytical work required to populate complex, multi-tab tender templates.
Margin Integrity: Conduct rigorous quality checks on all submissions, validating lane-pair data, surcharge applications, and profit margins before final submission.
Local Charges Management: Take full responsibility for the management and accuracy of regional local charges data, ensuring all ancillary costs are correctly captured and updated.
Vendor Pricing Coordination: Negotiate and manage the "buy" rates from co-loaders and carriers to ensure the CEVA pricing team has a competitive baseline for all quotes.
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in Ocean Freight, with a heavy specialization in LCL pricing, procurement, or trade management.
Advanced technical proficiency in managing complex information and navigating global pricing and tender software.
Proven ability to collaborate with country and district leadership to align pricing actions with CEVA business strategy.
High proficiency in spreadsheet management; this is a "doing" role that requires extreme attention to detail and accuracy. xywuqvp
