Ticket Office Assistant
In accordance with established policies and procedures, the Ticket Office Assistant provides exceptional customer service in person at the ticket office on game days for events hosted by Villanova Athletics. Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via walk-up orders. Responsible for daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments. Other assignments may include but are not limited to the compliance pass entrance, will-call distribution and scanning operations. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Ticket Office staff.
Experience in an in-person customer service position. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel). Applicants should be dependable, punctual and possess effective communication and problem solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Must have a customer-friendly personality and project a positive image of the University and the Athletics Department to fans, donors, staff, students, alumni, and other groups. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work weeknights and weekends as needed for events, including working all home football games. Must have reliable transportation to and from athletic events.
Athletic ticketed sports throughout the 2024- 2025 seasons include: Football, Women's and Men's Basketball, and Men's Lacrosse. 1-2 years customer service experience preferred. Please attach a resume, cover letter and a copy of your VU Class Schedule.

Wage Rate: $11.25
