Administrative Assistant
Industrial Inspection & Analysis is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative team at our lab in St. Louis for immediate employment. Starting pay for this position is $19/hr.
Job Responsibilities
Type test reports using Microsoft Word.
Communicate with internal employees and external clients via email and phone
Provide general office support for items such as printing, scanning, filing, etc.
Generate and send invoices to clients
Qualifications
High School diploma
Administrative Assistant experience or related field preferred
Customer service oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
