Front Desk Supervisor

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team. This role is a central part of the Front Office operation, with the primary objective of ensuring guests experience a smooth arrival and departure. The Front Desk Supervisor oversees a given shift at the Front Desk, leads by example, and personally supports day-to-day front desk operations to deliver consistent, guest-centric service aligned with Four Seasons standards.
What You Will Do
Supervise a Front Desk shift, directing and supporting team members responsible for guest arrivals, departures, and overall front desk operations.
Welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and establish credit or method of payment.
Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and clearly explaining guest bills while resolving discrepancies.
Ensure inventory accuracy within the Property Management System (Opera) and take corrective action in the event of variances.
Block VIP guests into upgraded room types while allocating the appropriate number of rooms reserved for front desk upgrades that generate revenue.
Demonstrate a guest-centric approach by understanding and delivering on guest preferences.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence while working collaboratively with Front Office leadership and other departments.
What You Bring
A passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
At least three years of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong guest-centric mindset with an understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
Authorization to work in the United States.
