The Site Leader OR Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the providing leadership to teammates in the clinic as well as overseeing all clinic operations. The Site Leader OR Clinic Supervisor will work closely with the Practice Leader and Regional Vice President of Operations to support the Regional strategy and to fulfill EVPs mission, vision, and values.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Oversight of daily operations for the clinic.
Participation in development of clinic teammates inclusive of ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
Promote our shared EVP Mission among all employees and providers
Act as a liaison between the Clinic and Physician staff to problem solve and affect positive change.
Assist Practice Leader to drive patient volume in partnership with Regional President and other team members based upon an approved monthly budget.
Assist Practice Leader to develop and implement plans for systems, processes, and personnel designed to achieve the best patient experience and productivity across all functions.
Provide communication that produce high employee engagement and alignment with company strategies.
Mitigate human resource conflicts in a manner consistent with values and risk management objectives with the support of the Practice Leader and the Director of People and Culture
Implement and monitor all operational policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, as well as all other federal, state and local regulations and laws. Foster a compliance mentality within clinic.
Monitor schedules, wait times and other operational activities and implement improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing preferred, or other related field appropriate experience may replace
1-2 years of supervisory experience
Excellent physician relationship skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be organized, self-motivated, energetic, capable of strong presentations, have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have the ability to quickly build rapport with team members and doctors
Excellent managerial skills required
