General Clerk Lobby - Rotating, TUH
Schedule: Rotating shift between the hours 7am-9pm including EOW and EOH Location: Temple University Hospital Provides hospitality and concierge services for guests who enter the hospital. As the primary liaison for an assigned entrance lobby, the Concierge Clerk will ensure each guest that enters the hospital receives excellent customer services. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience 3 years experience in hospitality or customer service Preferred Licenses Hospitality Certification Preferred
