Business Operating Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
What You'll Be Doing:
Support Our Customers Greet, assist, and provide solutions with a smile, both in-person and over the phone.
Learn the Business Get cross-trained in multiple departments while gaining valuable equipment knowledge.
Keep Things Running Smoothly Help with rental agreements, work orders, billing, and other essential admin tasks.
Be the Connector Work with our teams to keep communication flowing between departments.
Grow & Improve Participate in training and share ideas to make our processes even better.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Brings organization and attention to detail to every task.
Is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges every day.
Has a background in customer service or admin work (bonus if you've worked with equipment before but not required!).
