We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Retail Banker II / Vault Teller to support both secure vault operations and high-quality customer service at the teller line. This dual-function role is essential to the daily success of our branch, combining strong cash-management responsibility with friendly, professional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
Vault & Cash Operations
Maintain custody, control, and balancing of the branch vault, cash, coin, and ATM funds
Order, receive, store, and distribute cash and coin according to established procedures
Ensure teller cash limits are properly funded and balanced daily
Research and resolve cash discrepancies promptly
Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and security procedures
Prepare required cash and vault reports and maintain accurate documentation
Customer Service & Teller Functions
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers at the teller line
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other routine transactions
Promote bank products and services by identifying customer needs and making referrals
Uphold customer confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Support branch operations through teamwork and flexibility across duties
