Position Summary
Performs day‑to‑day operation and monitoring of industrial systems to ensure proper data collection, water quality, and system performance in accordance with contract requirements. This role supports safe, compliant, and efficient operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform daily water quality analysis (pH, conductivity, bacteria, solids testing)
Conduct booth balance checks (airflow, temperature/humidity, filtration)
Collect, analyze, and interpret system performance data
Adjust and modify system settings to maintain proper balance
Monitor and adjust chemical feed applications
Maintain chemical inventory and coordinate with chemical suppliers
Elevate concerns and participate in troubleshooting activities
Assist with spare parts and consumables inventory
Troubleshoot industrial systems including:
Supply and exhaust fans
Valve configurations

Pump performance and tuning
Airflow and water performance
Document actions and system changes
Generate daily documentation and monthly reports using Microsoft Office
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access)
Preferred (Not Required):
1–2 years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or equivalent work
