The Sun Biologics Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s biologic product(s) and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and hospital accounts that specialize in Psoriasis. The Territory Manager will develop and apply territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. Coordinate and integrate with all field-based employees (Customer engagement, Reimbursement, managed markets, etc.) to drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated area and geography.
Responsibilities
Promote Sun’s biologic product(s) in targeted physician offices, clinics and hospital accounts in the area of Psoriasis.
Develop and apply territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Coordinate and integrate with field-based teams (Customer Engagement, Reimbursement, Managed Markets, etc.) to drive product acceptance.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Report using CRM, sales reports, and forecasts; timely call reporting; manage territory budget.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree required
Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience
Strong communication skills and clinical acumen
Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results
Valid driver’s license
Preferred
Experience in Psoriasis or other immunologic disease states (e.g., Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Multiple Sclerosis)
IV or SubQ Biologic selling experience (including Oncology)
Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment
Dermatology selling experience
Biologic launch experience
Experience selling in a highly competitive environment
Personal Skills / Attributes
This individual should have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic startup environment without losing focus on business goals. They should be dependable, able to build trust within the matrix team, and be transparent, ethical, and compliant. They should also be able to present detailed scientific subject matter clearly.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base compensation range is $118,000–$164,000. Actual base compensation may vary by location and experience. This position is part of an IC Commission Plan. Eligible for Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, and paid time off (vacation and sick time).
