AHEAD is seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Manager of Digital Partnerships & Integrations to lead the team responsible for the automations and data pipelines that power our Hatch and Unity platforms. This team is the connective tissue between AHEAD and the outside world, pulling data from vendors, partners, and third‑party systems and transforming it into the reliable, actionable information our customers depend on.

If you've ever worked with external data, you know the reality: it's messy, inconsistent, and constantly changing. Our integrations team tackles this challenge head‑on, leveraging n8n for workflow automation and deploying AI agents to intelligently clean, normalize, and enrich incoming data. The final step brings that data into our Elixir‑based platform where it surfaces in Hatch and Unity for customers and internal teams alike.

In this role, you'll manage a distributed team across the US and India, requiring strong communication skills and experience coordinating work across time zones. You'll balance hands‑on technical guidance with people leadership, ensuring your team has clear priorities, the right tools, and the support they need to build robust, scalable integrations.
