
Sr. LMS Developer

What You’ll Do:
Lead the end-to-end architecture of scalable LMS solutions, integrating complex credentialing, CE tracking, and advanced analytics.
Architect scalable LMS solutions integrating CE tracking, credentialing, reporting, and analytics
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to keep our training infrastructure at the cutting edge.
Program Management & Integration
Align LMS capabilities with program management tools including dashboards, schedules, and risk tracking systems.
Integrate LMS data with enterprise dashboards to support leadership decision-making and program oversight.
Support development of integrated systems linking learning activities to performance metrics and readiness outcomes.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Develop high-level metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identifying gaps and trends before they impact performance.
Bridge the gap between LMS data and enterprise dashboards, providing leadership with a clear view of readiness and patient safety outcomes.
Link training activities directly to organizational KPIs and clinical performance metrics.
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Serve as the subject matter expert on instructional design and learning methodologies, aligning tech capabilities with long-term DHA goals.
Draft and implement the business rules and policies that ensure our systems remain compliant with DoD and DHA standards.
Lead cross-functional working groups, facilitating collaboration between clinical staff, J-7 divisions, and external partners.
Simulation & Integration
Design specialized systems for simulation-based training and inter-professional education.
Develop advanced methodologies to measure how training translates into improved patient safety and clinical excellence.
What You Bring:
Active Secret Clearance or Public Trust (Tier III) required
14+ years of experience in LMS development, administration, or learning technologies
Experience with enterprise LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.)
Strong experience with workflow automation, reporting tools, and dashboards
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
Experience supporting DoD or federal health systems (preferred)
Ability to lead technical teams and interface with senior leadership
