The Role
Lead the engineering team responsible for integrating propulsion systems into customer spacecraft
Serve as the primary technical lead and customer‑facing partner, collaborating directly with clients on system design and integration
Oversee the full engineering lifecycle—design, development, modeling, testing, and technical performance of propulsion modules
Provide leadership, mentorship, and project management
The Candidate
Strong background in space technology development
Engineering leadership experience
Familiarity with space hardware qualification and testing
Ability to work full‑time, on‑site in Houghton, Michigan
