Job Description
We are seeking a full‑time Lead Engineer to support the NGC test bed in Sunnyvale, CA. The team is part of the larger HWIL team for the CPS program and is responsible for integrating software applications, simulations, and operating systems into the Flight Software Testbeds.
Responsibilities
Integrate software applications, simulations, and operating systems into the Flight Software Testbeds.
Support the larger hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HWIL) team on the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program.
Develop and maintain flight software testbeds providing hardware integration testing and flight simulation.
Basic Qualifications
Recent software/hardware integration experience.
Prior team‑lead experience.
Knowledge of Agile software development.
Proficient Linux experience.
US citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a final Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
Active DoD Secret security clearance.
Experience with Test‑Like‑You‑Fly (TLYF), HWIL, or PIL.
Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Security Requirements
US Citizenship required.
Clearance Level: Secret.

The annual base salary for this position at the California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) is $93,200 – $164,450.
