Responsibilities

Deal Support – lead discussions and workshops, present and demonstrate solutions and value during sales cycles.

Demand Generation – build and strengthen links with SAP's global and local structure, create inspiring content.

Expansion and Adoption – help expand existing SAP base and capture new clients across diverse industries.

Specialized Knowledge – be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions, especially SAP Engagement Cloud & Marketing Solutions.

Advisory and Collaboration – serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal colleagues.

Continuous Learning – stay current with new technologies and processes.

Travel – travel throughout Germany and MEE as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in solution advisory, CX, or other customer‑facing roles.

Strong learning orientation and willingness to continuously learn.

Ability to quickly understand customer needs and research relevant information.

Solution‑oriented mindset with a customer focus for delivering value with SAP CX Software Portfolio.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Resilience and adaptability to complex and changing situations.

Expert knowledge of end‑to‑end processes/solution matching, especially Lead‑ and Account‑Based Marketing & Lead‑To‑Cash processes.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and lead within teams.

Teamwork and empathy – a true team player who fosters collaboration and shows empathy toward customers and colleagues.

Fluent in German and English.

Preferred Superpowers

Industry knowledge in Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Goods, Chemicals or Life Sciences.

Product knowledge of S/4 and SAP CX.

Tech savvy and knowledge of AI; self‑learning mindset.

7+ years experience in SAP CX or CX/Marketing Solutions.
