You'll maintain close contact with distributor sales teams to enhance the implementation of Ferrero’s planned activities,including **product layouts**, **shelf visibility improvements**, and **optimizing assortments**. Your strong **Market Engagement and Analysis** will involve visiting stores daily, collecting market data, monitoring brand performance, and ensuring Ferrero products are visible and accessible. In **Sales Development**, you'll sugges tsales improvements aligned with distributors, store potential, and Ferrero’s priorities, while maintaining accurate and timely daily reports in the **ARGUS system** according to your **KPIs**. Routine **Office Tasks** include weekly check-ins with the Field Sales Manager for feedback and updates, keeping you aligned with Ferrero’sbrand priorities.With at least one year of experience in a sales role, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running and make a real impact.A **University degree is considered an asset**, but it is **not a mandatory requirement**.To thrive in this role, you’ll need knowledge of English, strong **MS Office proficiency**, and a **valid driver’s license**. You’ll bring strong **communication and negotiation skills**, solid **organizational abilities**, and a **results‐oriented mindset**.
