We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated contractor to support our team with light project management and ticket handling tasks. The ideal candidate is adept at working independently, takes initiative, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve tracking project timelines, organizing tasks, managing support tickets, and ensuring follow-ups with appropriate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage ticketing systems, assigning and tracking requests as needed
Support project managers with scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met
Maintain clear and concise records of ongoing tasks and project statuses
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable with computers and learning new software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively identify priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar roles
Experience with ticket or project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Trello, etc.)
