Responsibilities

Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical platform services; reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) for platform incidents by 20%.

Implement automated recovery mechanisms for common failure scenarios.

Achieve 100% infrastructure‑as‑code coverage for new deployments; reduce deployment time by 30% through CI/CD pipeline optimization.

Implement GitOps workflows for all production environments.

Support successful onboarding of new customers on the Fabric platform; enable EA (Enterprise Archive) tenant deployments with minimal lead time.

Develop and maintain self‑service capabilities for common provisioning tasks.

Establish reliable US‑timezone oncall coverage for platform services; enable follow‑the‑sun support model with seamless handoffs between regions.

Achieve sub‑30‑minute response time for P1/P2 incidents during US hours.

How you will contribute

Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd or equivalent).

Background in GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, Flux).

Exposure to secrets management solutions (HashiCorp Vault).

Multi‑region or multi‑account AWS architecture experience.

Prior experience in follow‑the‑sun support models.

Familiarity with enterprise compliance and security requirements.

What you will bring

4+ years of professional experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.

Hands‑on experience managing production AWS environments at scale.

Proven track record of Kubernetes cluster administration and troubleshooting.

Experience implementing and maintaining Terraform‑based infrastructure.

Background in CI/CD pipeline development and release engineering processes.

Prior oncall experience with demonstrated incident response capabilities.

Experience working in distributed, global team environments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation
$115,000 – $165,000 a year. This range represents a good faith estimate of possible base compensation at the time of posting. Any applicable bonus programs will be discussed during the recruiting process. The salary will be set based on internal equity, experience, education, location, specialty and training. Local cost of living assessments are done for each new hire at the time of offer.
