Clinical Research Site Manager
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations at our St. Petersburg site. This role oversees study execution, staff performance, and regulatory compliance while partnering with leadership to drive high-quality research outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinical trial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
Partner with Clinical Operations on study planning, feasibility, and budgets
Oversee patient recruitment, enrollment, and visit coordination
Lead, train, and support clinical research staff
Maintain regulatory standards, SOP adherence, and quality control
Monitor site performance and conduct staff evaluations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical degree (RN, NP, PA, or Master’s) preferred
3+ years of clinical research experience
Prior leadership or team management experience required
