What Youll Actually Do
Youll work directly with the President/Chairman of the Board and collaborate closely with a small group of dynamic, next-generation trustees. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where no two days look the same.
Own complex calendar management across personal, professional, and philanthropic priorities
Orchestrate high-level meetings, travel, and events with precision and discretion
Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner, prioritizing what matters most
Support board and trustee engagement efforts behind the scenes
Manage discretionary giving to various organizations and coordinate these grants as determined by trustees
Coordinate marketing and communications logistics, and help plan and execute high-touch events and convenings from intimate gatherings to larger foundation initiatives
Keep the engine running smoothly: follow-ups, coordination, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have experience supporting a C-suite executive, founder, or principal in a high-demand environment
Are exceptionally organized, but also intuitive and forward-thinking
Bring polish, discretion, and sound judgment in every interaction
Are energized by people, purpose, and fast-paced work
Have a connection to or understanding of Jewish community, values, or philanthropy
Know how to balance warmth with professionalism; you can read a room and adjust accordingly
Bachelors degree strongly preferred
