Summary
IngenuitE is seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong Agile Product Management capabilities and hands‐on experience supporting ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with IFS ERP strongly preferred. This hybrid role requires a technical leader who can drive product vision, translate mission needs into actionable requirements, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Experience in design, development, and maintainenance of enterprise Java applications using Spring and Hibernate
- Experience serving as Agile Product Manager, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Experience translating stakeholders needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Ability to Integrate, extend, and support IFS ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems
- Experience using Git for version control and Jira/Confluence for Agile planning and documentation
- Experience overseeing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
- Ability to provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship
- Providing support to other Developers and Engineers on design best practices

Qualifications
- Twelve years of demonstrated experience in information systems development (including functional/requirements analysis, design, programming, and documentation).
- Minimum ten years of intensive, progressive experience in Java Development and Agile development methods
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment
- Senior‐level Java development (Spring, Hibernate, REST, microservices)
- Hands‐on experience with IFS ERP (preferred) and/or COTS Warehouse Management Systems
- Proficiency in using, configuring and maintaining Git, Jira, and Confluence with large scale Java projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with technical, functional and corporate leadership stakeholders

Required Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Location
This position requires an On-site presence in Oklahoma City, OK.
