Weekend Youth Sports Coach

We are seeking reliable, energetic coaches who take pride in preparation, professionalism, and positively influencing young athletes.
This is structured programming designed to help children build athletic skills, confidence, and teamwork in a safe, well managed environment.
As a Weekend Youth Sports Coach, you will lead organized sports sessions for children ages 18 months through 12 years. Each session follows a defined instructional framework that supports skill development and group engagement.
You will be responsible for maintaining structure, encouraging participation, and ensuring a safe and positive experience for every child on the field or court.
Location: Rye, New York area Weekend only position Sunday mornings Hours between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. No weekday shifts. Programs may be held indoors or outdoors depending on facility and season
$18 per hour Hourly, non-exempt position
Lead organized classes, clinics, or league sessions for young athletes Deliver instruction using established session plans
Maintain clear group management and consistent supervision
Prioritize safety at all times Handle equipment setup and breakdown each shift
Accurately complete attendance and required reporting
Communicate professionally with parents and program leadership
Punctual and dependable Structured and organized
Encouraging while maintaining clear expectations
Positive and composed under pressure
Team oriented and professional
Consistent weekend morning schedule
Clear instructional structure and support
