Overview
The Manager, Integration Management Office (IMO) Support is responsible for driving the day‑to‑day operations of the IMO, diagnosing integration challenges, developing plans, and facilitating cross‑functional stakeholders. This role reports to the Director, IMO.

The Manager acts as an integrator across workstreams, leads effective meetings, produces error‑free ad‑hoc analyses, creates executive‑friendly communications and leadership presentations, and leads the Project Management and Administrative function of the IMO.

How you'll make an impact

Lead as a trusted advisor for the IMO leadership and Steering Committee, providing decision support and proactive risk identification.

Provide execution support for workstreams by leading cross‑functional integration planning and solutioning initiatives, synthesizing data, and driving resolution.

Run effective project management and administrative activities, managing expectations, interfacing with IT, and driving cross‑workstream meetings.

Leverage a team of IMO Support resources for decision and execution support.

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of management consulting experience, or at least 1 year in integration planning and post‑merger integration.

Strong experience analyzing data, building robust models, and communicating insights.

Expertise in crafting and delivering executive presentations.

Experience facilitating cross‑functional solutioning initiatives and leveraging networks.

Experience with due diligence, organizational design, and change management.

Experience driving PMO and managing complex projects across multiple workstreams.

Experience managing junior team members and guiding deliverables.

Expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Background in insurance or the insurance industry.

(Preferred)

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Think‑Cell.

(Preferred)

Advanced skills with SQL, Python, or R.
