We are searching for passionate Clinical Psychologists to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority: helping their clients move forward in life!
We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients.
Location: 1 E Superior Suite #306, Chicago, IL 60611
Hybrid: In-Person/Remote
In this role you will:
Administer Psychological Testing/Assessments and manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week or billable hours (Part Time/Full Time optional)
Provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for diagnostic clarification
Provide a thorough understanding of referral-related questions pertaining to mood and/or personality disorders, attention-related difficulties, cognitive impairment, and overall emotional challenges
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Director of Psychological Testing to plan and implement each assessment
Complete detailed assessment reports in a timely manner
Submit appropriate billing codes following the completion of testing services
Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care
Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
Have oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
Participate in organizational trainings and professional development
Minimum Requirements:
Formal training in Psychological Assessment – no less than a one-year postdoctoral fellowship focused on psychological assessment
Training in the assessment of ADHD, Autism (and nuances of ASD in higher cognition individuals), personality/mood, and medical/physical conditions impacting cognitive or emotional functioning
Passion for identifying, embracing, and nurturing diversity. Ability to look beyond diagnostic criteria and categories to understand the whole person
Ability to be flexible and provide a mix of telehealth services and in-person services, when appropriate and necessary
Training in tele assessment. Experience assessing children, teens, and adults

Compensation - Fully Licensed: $65‑$75 per hour, commensurate to years of experience
W-2: Part Time (12 hours) or Full Time (24+ hours) - optional to preference

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
Must be fully licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois, licensed PhD/PsyD
Psychological Testing & Assessment experience required
Must reside in the state of Illinois
