TD Bank - - Responsibilities: Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently; Balances cash drawers, Automated Teller machines (ATMs) and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs) as necessary; Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures; Engages in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow, warmly welcoming customers, and guiding appropriately; Educates customers on self-service/digital options that meet their needs and educates on TD's products and services
