Position
We are looking for a Content Marketer who will be responsible for creating high-value educational and engaging content tailored to doctors, practice managers, nurses, and private practice owners. We need a high-achieving and goal-oriented individual who will enable Nitra to deliver on an ambitious roadmap of innovative banking products.
Responsibilities
Managing our multi-channel paid and organic campaign presence to build a strong top of funnel
Build experiments to deliver on marketing metrics (ROI, open rates, etc.)
Using surveys, customer interviews, and deep research to determine channel strategy
Developing the customer communication strategy for the product
Working closely with stakeholders across the company to further hone messaging
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience
BA degree or equivalent practice experience
Direct experience in content or product marketing, growth or lifestyle marketing, or similar go-to-market positions
Background in B2B marketing, with experience in a highly regulated industry and a passion to help small to medium sized businesses succeed
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup
Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating poise and professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders

The base salary range for this full-time position is $115K - $150K + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
