Wealth Client Relationship Manager
Wealth Management Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and grow their practice through referrals, delivering financial solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net worth clients, including operational leadership of advisory teams.

Manage a book of assigned clients, support implementation of financial plan recommendations, coordinate asset consolidation.

Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.

Manage time and resources efficiently to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.

Build meaningful long‑lasting relationships, support advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions.

All licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from start date.

Educational Requirements

University degree preferred.

Work Experience

2+ years required; 3+ years preferred.

FINRA Registrations

Series 7, 63, 65, 66.

Licenses and Certifications

Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – multiple issuers required within 120 days.

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $62,500 – $87,500 per year. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, tenure, performance, business sector and geographic location. Additional incentive programs may be available.
