At HEI, simply said, we honor the privilege of our associates choosing us by investing in and making them more valuable.We value U.S. military experience and invite all qualified military candidates to apply.**Overview**### **Payroll Management & Month-End Responsibilities**• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies• Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee status changes, compensation updates, and payroll-related matters• Prepare and review payroll-related journal entries, accruals, and general ledger postings• Support month-end close by reconciling payroll expenses, liabilities, and benefit accounts• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations, including payroll and related accounts, and resolve discrepancies**Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow & Intercompany Billing**• Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and account maintenance• Monitor A/R aging and perform collection efforts in accordance with company standards• Ensure timely processing of credit card transactions and cash deposits• Support revenue accuracy and cash flow management initiatives• Support intercompany billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing between entities• Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies in coordination with corporate or related entities**Financial Oversight & Reconciliation**• Assist the Director of Finance with periodic balance sheet reconciliations• Review problem accounts, investigate variances, and prepare adjusting journal entries as needed**Qualifications & Skills**• Minimum one year of hotel or hospitality finance/accounting experience• Strong knowledge of hotel financial statements and account reconciliation processes• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including management, coworkers, and the public**Compensation**Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 Annually### ### ## **Benefits**HEI Hotels and Resorts is committed to providing a comprehensive benefit program that offers you choices for your physical, mental and financial wellness, creating value in your most important investment - you!
