DevSecOps Engineer
who is responsible for deploying devops and security tooling for a DOD program. This is a great contract-to-hire opportunity in the Cleared Cybersecurity space.
Responsibilities for the DevSecOps Engineer
Assist the Lead with the planning and design effort for all tasks in the backlog (e.g. POA&M items, component upgrades, feature requests, bug fixes)
Implement the tasks in the backlog (e.g. POA&M items, component upgrades, feature requests, bug fixes)
Review changes
Update the Body of Evidence (BOE) with each release
Minimum Qualifications for the DevSecOps Engineer
TS/SCI
3+ years of experience using Agile methodologies in the system development life cycle
3+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code / Configuration-as-Code (Terraform)
3 years of experience with Kubernetes
3 years experience with Commercial Cloud Services
1 year of experience with GitOps (FlexCD or ArgoCD)
1 year of experience with Helm
Security Hardening (STIG, patching, CVE [vulnerability] assessments)
BS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 3 years of experience as an engineer or 8 years of experience without a degree
Compensation for the DevSecOps Engineer
Salary range: $150,000 - 200,000 *depending on experience*
