**Role Overview** We are seeking a **Senior IT Security Architect & Solutions Engineer** to lead the design, evolution, and governance of our enterprise IT and cloud architecture. This role is responsible for defining technical standards, guiding strategic technology decisions, and ensuring our infrastructure and platforms are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.
This role works at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our security architecture enables This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to influence cross-functional teams at the enterprise level. Bring **deep Azure cloud experience**, strong foundational knowledge across **Microsoft 365, networking, and server infrastructure**, with a proven history of **architecting solutions in complex, enterprise environments**.
Translate business requirements into **scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical designs** 8+ years of experience in information security, with at least 4+ years in security architecture and engineering.Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and security design principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid baseline knowledge of:
Experience designing **hybrid cloud** or multi-environment architectures Familiarity with identity and access management (Entra ID / Azure AD, SSO, MFA, RBAC) **Professional Experience** Proven ability to design solutions for **scale, resilience, and long-term maintainability** Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments is highly desirable Strong documentation skills; able to clearly explain complex architectures to technical and non-technical audiences Experience with:
