ABC – Teammate Experience Ambassador
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
Duties and Responsibilities
Partners with all ABC teammates, including ABA therapists, Operations Managers, Clinical Directors, and leaders to provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance on all things related to teammate experience.
Responsible for teammate attraction, engagement, and retention—creating connections to increase communication and understanding of the ABC value proposition, and meeting KPIs related to teammate retention in their region.
Supports and drives teammate engagement; creates connections with teammates and leaders, evaluates centers, develops center‑level insights, establishes action plans, and project‑manages center‑based interventions alongside leadership, monitors center trends, pulse, and interventions, and proactively develops broader interventions to increase teammate engagement and retention.
Implements short‑ and long‑range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
Responds to teammate‑relations inquiries in the territory (e.g., HR investigations, HR concerns, conflict resolution, performance management, and team development), using high EQ skills to solve teammate concerns/issues on the spot and successfully impacts workplace happiness and engagement.
Supports the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs designed to minimize and mediate workplace disputes, and to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Responsible for the Human Resources teammate‑related function, ensuring services to patient departments are effective, cohesive, and consistent with the needs and objectives of client departments and the institution as a whole.
Assists the administration functions of insurance, retirement, and other benefits programs; responds to teammate inquiries and evaluates and develops recommendations for improvements to faculty and staff employer‑sponsored benefit programs.
Performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Must spend 75% of time in centers, requiring travel between local centers.
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Human Resources or related field and 1+ years of human resources experience including a leadership role pertaining to policies and compliance.
Candidate must be located in the DFW Fort Worth region.
Ability to travel up to 75% to centers, reliable transportation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required / Preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Critical thinking; ability to develop broad and holistic insights to drive teammate retention and engagement.
Skill in examining and interpreting policy implementation to understand impact on teammate and business.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and work collaboratively as an HR strategic partner.
Knowledge of contemporary principles of human resource management and public personnel practices.
Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs.
Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications.
Ability to navigate employee relations concerns, monitor implementation of performance management, and drive employee development.
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Ability to support process improvement on all people services related initiatives.
